![]() Companies House Form Changes for Limited Companies from 1st Oct 2009 This also means a number of the forms we use to submit to Companies House have changed format or code from 1st October 2009. The main changes are as follows: Company Formation Forms - Previously Forms 10 and 12 were used when a company was incorporated. From 1st Oct 2009 form NI01 must be used. Director and Secretary Forms - the familiar forms 288a, 288b and 288c are replaced with a variety of new forms, depending on your company structure. The Annual Return - (363a), change of Registered Address (287) and the Change of Accounting Reference Date (225) forms are replaced by form AR01 There are also important changes to the way Memorandum and Articles of Association are treated under the new rules.
