Directors Required to list Personal or Service Address on Public Record

Amongst the changes brought in by the Companies Act 2006 is the way in which director's details must be filed. It is now required that both the director's private residential address and for each directorship a service address be listed. The service address will be listed publicly, while the residential address will not be disclosed to the public. A director may choose to use his residential address as his service address in which case it will be available on the public register. However for those wishing to protect their privacy and keep their residential address confidential, planIT will act as a director's Service Address for a small fee.
