Fees and Our Guarantees

At planIT, we take the subject of client service very seriously. We believe it's one of the main areas that separates us from our competitors!

We don't use automated telephone answering services, only people. So when you want to speak to us, you'll always get through to one of our team. We believe in fostering long term relationships with our clients and whether you call us on the phone or in person you should always expect the following performance guarantees:

  • We will always make you feel welcome, in person and on the phone.
  • Your feedback is critical to our continuing success to innovate and improve.  We welcome your ideas, comments and suggestions.
  • We will always act with integrity and honour our commitments to you at all times.
  • We will always acknowledge any communication you have with us.
  • We will strive to explain things clearly and spend as much time as necessary to help you if you feel an issue is too technical.
  • We will always provide a friendly and approachable service.
  • We will always be on time for appointments or inform you of any delays we are experiencing.
  • We will endeavour to know and understand your individual needs.
  • We will remain fully compliant with HMRC rules and regulations at all times.
  • We have in place adequate back up to ensure continuity in the event of systems failures.

Service guarantee

Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If we make an error, or fail to deliver on any of our promises in any week/month, and you let us know in writing within 14 days of the end of that period, we will, at your option either refund that period's fee or compensate you with the equivalent in shopping vouchers.

Fees

Limited companies
Our charging structure is based on a fixed monthly fee, which incorporates all of the services listed.  This unique approach allows us to offer you a complete accounting service for monthly tax deductible fees of either £99 or £120 (+VAT).  You will not find any hidden fees or charges within our service.

Umbrella service

Our contractors tell us they like transparency and certainty. In response, our charges are fixed at 5%, with a minimum of £12 or maximum £35 for each week worked. There are no set-up fees, no close down fees or minimum tie-ins. We are here as a solution for you to use as often as you require. If you do not work for a week, there is no charge.

Comparing charges

To ensure you are comparing like with like, should you obtain an illustration from one of our competitors please give us the opportunity to comment. If they are genuinely providing a better, more cost effective and compliant service we will acknowledge this, and then re-examine our own proposal.
