This privacy policy explains how the data you input to this site will be held, what it will be used for and the data protection policy of planIT Services Limited.

We collect personal information from you through the use of contact/enquiry or e-plan software demo and free guide request forms as well as e-plan and planIT solutions registration forms and every time you e-mail or call us and provide your details. We process personal information collected via the planITservices site in order to:

• Provide you with requested advice or information about our products and services
• Provide our ongoing services to those people who become our customers
• Referr you to Independant Financial Advisers where it is appropraite to your requirements
• Email you contracting industry related news and service offers from time to time (you will always be given the option of unsubscribing to such emails.)

We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. This information includes demographic data and browsing patterns. Any information of this kind is used in aggregate form only and none of the data includes any information that would enable you or any other individual to be identified. We use information in aggregate form to:

• Monitor usage of the site
• Assess our various marketing activities

All of our personal data is held on secure internal servers except for our e-plan product which uses a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Unless required to by law, we will never disclose any personal information we keep about you to any third parties, without your express permission which we will only seek in the due course of providing those services which absolutely require the sharing of such information (e.g. forming a company on your behalf.)
