2008-9 Tax Return Deadline 

For individuals who have received untaxed income from the year ended 5 April 2009, the deadline for online tax returns is 31 January 2010. Those who file their paper return or online return after the deadlines, will incur an automatic fine of £100.

If you are submitting your return online for the first time you need to register and activate your account - which can take up to one week.
