I have been using planIT's services for a number of years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my colleagues in the IT contracting arena. Their advice and help has proved invaluable to my company and my contracts in general. Easy and comprehensive advice is always forthcoming and simple to follow. Just a quick note to say how happy I am with the service I have been receiving from yourselves to date.

Your initial efforts, and considerable time spent, (late into your evening no less!), explaining the whole process of being a contractor with umbrella company - despite the fact I had told you I was all but signed up with parasol - sealed the deal at the beginning.

Since then the work of Christina Dossa has been faultless in managing my needs at the monthly timesheet 'exchanges'. She has been understanding, professional and reliable.

I use a company called Plan IT, they are based on City Road. Been with them for over 5 years now, and get a nice 83% return, but more than that, they are fantastic, they listen, they advise and they help out as much as they can, don't think I'd ever change.

It occurs to me that I really ought to express my thanks for the excellent service that you and your colleagues provide.

You take the weight of PAYE and income tax administration off my shoulders for a perfectly fair and reasonable monthly sum. You process my pay very quickly and efficiently, and there are never any errors.

You seem to obtain a brilliantly high reduction in my income tax liability, and I have just received a tax rebate for last year (when I was unemployed). Although the latter was nothing to do with you, the Inland Revenue figures show that you are correctly applying my PAYE code and other calculations (hey, OK, you knew that anyway, Darren, but I've had bad experiences in the past and like to be sure!!). Finally, whenever I contact you, I get a really fast response, which is lovely.

So, can you please thank all your staff for the superb service that you provide. Do forward this email to your ladies in Accounts, and also to your senior management so that they see what a good job you all do.

If you ever want an endorsement, please feel free to give my email address out on a limited basis to any potential customer who needs convincing and I'll tell them about my excellent experiences at your hands.
